Service Description
A comprehensive evaluation designed to provide clarity on mental health, personality, or cognitive functioning. This service includes a detailed interview and psychometric testing, followed by the preparation of a formal diagnostic report with recommendations for your records or referring provider.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are only confirmed once applicable payment is received. Payment information is contained in the link above. Cancellation of confirmed sessions must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Missed, confirmed appointments, without prior notification, will incur a financial penalty up to the full cost of the session and we will not be able to guarantee immediate rescheduling.
